Parchment is used to send transcripts electronically. Today, seniors will set up their Parchment accounts and become familiar with the website so they know how to request transcripts. (**If a student already has an account or finishes early, please encourage them to find the websites for schools they're interested in and research the entrance requirements.)
Please use the Powerpoint below first to walk them through how to set up an account. Then use the Quick Start guide to show students who to actually order transcripts. Students must have a Parchment account to have transcripts sent to schools. Fulton no longer sends paper transcripts unless the receiving school doesn't accept electronic copies.

How to set up a parchment account…

Click “create account” in upper left hand corner
Fill out the personal information
Check your email for verification code
Type verification code parchment site
Click “start by adding a school or organization you attend”
Search Fulton High School
Add Fulton High School Knoxville, TN
Select “currently enrolled”
Select your gender
Select your earliest year at FHS
Select your expected graduation year from FHS
Select “I waive my right to access”
Click “Consent and request”
